The basic principle of the vacuum detector produced by our company is: If the vacuum degree inside the can (bottle) is different, the appearance deformation of the can (bottle) lid is also different. The machine uses precise components to detect the tiny deformation of the lid. After the data is automatically processed by the computer, it can be immediately analyzed whether the product meets the required vacuum degree. The product that doesn’t reach the vacuum degree will be immediately pushed out of the conveying chain by the rear cylinder. Therefore, the equipment can carry out dynamic online detection on the conveyor belt and automatically remove those cans (bottles) that haven’t reached the set “vacuum” or “inner pressure” after detection.
This machine is suitable for two-piece aluminum cans, three-piece iron cans, glass bottles and other combined vessels. Its operation is simple and highly efficient.
