Cold room structure
Changxue cold room consists of cold room panel (PU sandwich panel), cold room door, condensing unit, evaporator (air cooler),temperature controller, air curtain, copper pipe, expansion valve and other refrigeration fittings.

In food industry, cold room is usually used in food process factory, slaughterhouse, fruit and vegetable
warehouse,supermarket,hotel, restaurant, etc.

Design principle
In cold room projects, the following factors should be fully considered:
1.What is the application of the cold room?
It will affect the temperature needed to reach, and the choice of thickness of panel and material covered on panel.The thickness about panels can be 50mm,75mm,100mm,120mm,150mm,180mm and 200mm. Surface material can be PPGI, 304 stainless steel and embossed aluminum steel.
2.What is the size of the cold room?
It will affect the choice of condensing unit.
3.Which country will the cold room located in? What is the ambient temperature in summer? What is the voltage?
It will affect how long will it take to produce condensing unit, as 380v is the common type, for 220v and 110V need to be customized.

Cold room panel
We use fluoride-free material, it is more environment-friendly. Our cold room panels can reach fireproof level B2.
Polyurethane panel is foamed by high pressure with density of 38-42 kg/m3. So the thermal insulation will be good.
Cold room door
We have different types of cold room door, such as hinged door, sliding door, free door and other types of doors according to your
requirement.
Condensing unit
We use the world famous compressor like German Bitzer, American Emerson, etc.
It is easy to operate the automatic high-precision digital controller with high efficiency.
Evaporator(Air cooler)
Model:
DD series, DJ series, DL series.
DD series is suitable for medium temperature;
DJ series is suitable for low temperature;
DL series is suitable for high temperature.

Each panel will be marked according to drawing and connected by cam locks. Every panel has tongue and groove dry joint,you just need to lock different panels together, then seal them with sealant.

For safety and stability of large cold room, we will supply accessories to make roof panel fixed to steel structure outside cold room. There are mushroom head, screw rod and regulating parts or other accessories with same function according to cold room situation.
Packing and delivery
Cold room panels(PU sandwich panel) and doors will be packed by PVC film, refrigeration equipment will be packed by wooden case.
