Description

Step 1. Stirring. To stir for 5-10 minutes till it’s well proportioned. If the viscosity needs to be adjusted, 1-2% of the diluent can be added in. It’s recommended to use BCS thinner (diluent)

 

Step 2. Do nothing. Stay put for 10-15 minutes after fully stirring, and then to process screen printing or roller coating, or spraying.

 

Step 3. Print, with 77T mesh or 100T mesh; roller coating or spraying can also be proceeded. Tips: Please make sure the plate surface is smooth and clean

 

Step 4. Oven Cure(Or hot air tunnel). 
Option A--To print and cure each side separately:
The first side in hot air circulating oven: 75℃, 10-15 minutes.
The second side in hot air circulating oven: 75℃, 15-20 minutes.

Option B--To print and cure two sides at the same time.
Hot air circulating oven: 75℃, 20-25 minutes

 

Step 5. Exposure. 7K UV contact exposure 21-step sensitivity guide: 9-11 steps covered

 

Step 6. Developing. Developing solution: 1% of Na2CO3 solution
Temperature of developing solution: 30℃
Developing time: 40-60 seconds
Washing pressure: 1.8-2.2

 

Step 7. Etching, resist the acid solution like FeCl3

 

Step 8. Stripping. 1% of NaOH solution, temperature: 50℃ stripping time: 2-3 minutes.
