Q1. Can I have a sample order for metal locker?

 A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?

 A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 15-25 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?

 A: 20 MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

 A: For sample, We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional for bulk production.

Q5.Trade terms?
1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance paid against copy BL . or L/C at sight
2. Lead time : normally in 4 weeks after deposit received .
3. Sample product : Sample can be prepared before mass production . Samples can be ready in 7 days once payment received .

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. We also can make the color and design as you need.
