Alcohol Extraction System
Solvent ethanol extraction is often the first step in refinement in order to recover hemp essential oils containing precious CBD and other compounds. The aim of extraction is to produce oils that are free from particulates and that contain the medicinally-relevant compounds in a higher concentration than raw hemp.Ethanol extraction is often used due to its availability, efficiency and relatively safe process.

Centrifuges
Filtration is a common step in producing cbd and hemp concentrates. Centrifugation is the most effective and efficient way of separating the extracts from the solid raw material. The extraction process can either be done in an upstream vessel or be performed in the centrifuge. Our centrifuge has spin and soak interigated function to carry out double function.
Single Effect Evaporator
This single effect evaporator is suitable to concentrate the thermal sensitive material under lowertemperature and vacuum with little batch number and multiple varieties. Double effect or multi-effect evaporator also can be provided.
Molecular Distillation
Molecular (short-path) distillation is the best thermal separation method for heat-sensitive material because it is the gentlest type, causing the least amount of thermal degradation of product. Our wiped film evaporator system are wildly used for cbd/hemp, garlic oil, cod liver oil and chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Shorter residence time, lower separation temperature, capability of continuous and unattended operation makes molecular (short-path) distillation system standing out.
