A:Yes,we can offer you sample for free within a certain price range for quality checking, but you need to pay the freight. 

2.Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:Usually,we can send out within 2 days.

3.Q:Does your company accept customized?
A:Yes,both OEM & ODM orders are all welcomed, customized designs, you just need tell us your designs details and your request, we have an outstanding design team, we believe we can give you a satisfying outcome.

4.Q:Can we print our pictures or logo on the packing box?
A:Of course yes, please give us your logo or picture in electronic version. Then we will give you sample for your final check. 

5.Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Generally speaking, our MOQ is 5000pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order.

6.Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:Honestly,the delivery time is about 30-45 days, but sometimes 10-20 days is ok. Stock is good news sometimes.

7.Q:What is your payment term?
A:Generally speak,we can accept T/T,30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L. Also, L/C at sight is also acceptable. Sometimes, the business capital is not very huge number, Western Union, Money Gram are also ok for us.

8.Q:How can we place a trial order?
A:First, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation after we made agreement on the products required and price. After that, we will make pre-produce samples for your final confirmation when we got your deposit.

B:Then we will start mass production after your approval,. It takes about 30-45 days to produce, of course, it depends on the quantity. We will prepare for QC report for your confirmation when the goods are ready. And then please arrange balance payment to us if there is no problem. 

C:Finally, we will ship our cargo to your destination port as your required.
