Q1: What’s your MOQ?
A1: MOQ 1pc from our available stocks. For customized order we need 50-300pcs depends on the materials MOQ.
Q2: Can you make custom samples?
A2: Sure, we have design and tech department can offer OEM and ODM services.
Q3: How to custom the products?
A3: We can add your logo (deboss, printing, embroidery or metal plate etc.) on our available designs, customize the size, color and shape based on our designs or custom as per your designs.
Q4: What’s the lead time for samples?
A4: For our available stock items can send you within 1 day upon receipt the payment. Custom samples will take 3-7 days.
Q5: What’s the lead time for bulk order?
A5: 15-30 days normally, 21-45 days in peak season.
Q6: What about the shipping terms?
A6: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP terms.
Q7: How to proceed the order?
A7: We prefer to use Alibaba trade assurance order or offline.
Q8: What’s the payment terms?
A8: We are happy to proceed with TT, 30% deposit, 70% before shipment after inspection. We also accept L/C, Payoneer or West Union.
Q9: Can your products meet EU or US standard?
A9: The raw materials hardwares can meet EU and US standard, we have C/O, testing reports of the raw materials.
Q10: What’s your warranty?
A10: Each product has to be inspected one by one before shipping, for any defectives we will refund you or send replenishments.
