HF-300L Vertical Circumferential Seam Welding Machine 

  Application:

    HF-300L  is a kind of general welding equipment for fixing and rotating workpiece, and can be used with different welding sources, easy to constitute an automatic girth welding system with argon arc welding machine (supporting the use of wire feeder), CO₂/MAG/MIG welding machine, plasma welding machine or other welding machines, to improve welding quality and speed, and reduce costs.

Type of Workpiece: pipes, plates, flanges, etc.

Base Material: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium.

 

Components:

    HF-300L  consists of rotary headstock, rectangular support, pneumatic lifter, 3-D manual adjusting mechanism and centre master controller. Angle of jaw chuck is adjustable (0°/30°/45°/60°/90°), manual 3-jaw chuck on headstock is used to meet more workpiece, advanced PLC control system, humanized operation interface, high degree automation, stable and reliable performance. It’s a combined structure with good mobility, and easy installation.

 

Welding Process:

Welding Mode: torch fixed, workpiece rotating, weld automatically.

 Welding Method: TIG (supporting the use of wire feeder)/MIG/MAG/PAW.
