1. Is that factory price?
Yes. We assure you all prices are based on factory.
2. How long can I receive the tents once it's ordered?
In general, the whole shipping time may require 3-4 weeks to most countries. Custom made tents structures will need different time for production. For the specific delivery time, please feel free to consult with our sales team. 3. Has your tent product been certified?
Yes. Tent is ISO/SGS certified. Our dome products are tested against the most rigorous standards such as the National Fire Protection Code or Building Codes for temporary structures.
4. Is your tents strong and stable enough?
Yes. The main framework is high-quality steel pipe Q235 (anti-rust) which is calculated and tested as the strongest material for outdoor use. Tent cover fabric is made of double-faced PVC coating synthetic fiber, which has the best performances in breaking strength, water-proof, block-out, UV-proof, flame retardant (B1 DIN4102/ NFPA 701), jointed by high-frequency welding craft. It can resist wind up to 100 km/h (62 mph) and snow load exceed 0.5 kN/sqm.
5. Can your tents be installed repeatedly?
Yes. Our tents can be assembled and dismantled repeatedly with small transportation size. The lifespan of steel framework can reach 10+ years, and 5-10 years for PVC fabrics depending on different conditions of usage. 6.Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes, trial assembly is arranged before loading to secure the quality. English instruction manual and video will be provided by us after goods loading. If requested, assembles supervisor is also available from TTN TENT.
