Rolling screen is suitable to screen materials which are wet and easy blocking : sand gold ore,coal,coke,lime ,etc. largest screened sizeis 100mm,middle size is 10-50mm,  fine size is below 3mm

 

Rolling screen working principle:

Rolling screen is composed by the rolling drum,funnel,gear box,motor .The materials enter the rolling drum,one hand, the materials are screened by the drum rolling, another hand,the large size materials flow ahead with the rolling drum gradient,and then sorted out through differet screen net size.The screend size fall in the funnel accordingly.
