APT Stainless steel tube evaporator for Laser machine cooling systems
1. The inside of the water tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel coil. The stainless steel tube has the advantages of good heat resistance, excellent machinability, good thermal conductivity, high heat transfer efficiency, non-toxic, non-magnetic, non-polluting medium, non-scaling and strong pressure-bearing capacity. The heat exchanger tube is inspected with 3.0Mpa nitrogen to ensure cold. The medium system is safe and airtight.
2. The shell water tank is formed by high quality PP injection moulding, which improves the product quality, improves the appearance and reduces the labor cost.
3. Design pressure of evaporator refrigerant system: 3.0Mpa is suitable for refrigerants such as R22, R407C, R410A and R134a.

Our different types of stainless steel heat exchangers are well used in industrial corrosion environment without chloride, marine environment, acidic water, saline water and chemical corrosion environment.
How to choose the right material for shell or tube of heat exchanger:
304 is a versatile stainless steel, which is widely used in the production of equipment and components requiring good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability), which is also the most commonly used heat exchange material in APT.
304L is a variant of 304 stainless steel with low carbon content. It is used for welding occasions. Lower carbon content minimizes the amount of carbides precipitated in the heat affected zone near the weld, and the precipitation of carbides may lead to intergranular corrosion (welding corrosion) of stainless steel in some environments.
304N is a nitrogen-containing stainless steel. Nitrogen is added to improve the strength of the steel.
308 stainless steel is used to make welding rods.
The 316 and 317 stainless steels contain aluminium, so their pitting corrosion resistance in marine and chemical environment is much better than 304 stainless steels. Among them, 316 stainless steel includes low carbon stainless steel 316L, high strength stainless steel 316N containing nitrogen and free cutting stainless steel 316F with high sulphur content.
321, 347 and 348 stainless steel stabilized by titanium, niobium and tantalum, respectively, are suitable for high temperature welding components. 348 is a kind of stainless steel suitable for nuclear power industry, which limits the amount of tantalum and drill.
