RTD110  Outrunner brushless motor

The Reacher Tech RTD110 Series motor rotor was designed with segmentation magnets, which can reduce eddy current in the magnets and generate less heat.

The motor is original designed for Surfboard with water cooling function which can vanish the heat generated by stator with the water flowing through the cooling pipe. Meanwhile, the motor itself also has the air cooling ability to vanish the heat from stator and magnets to let the motor output greater power. The motor body shell is made of Light and solid 7075 aluminum alloy, all the motors from this series have wide range of RPM and can output powerful torque. 

The motor rotor was made with high mgnets strength, the stator was made with very thin and high quality lamination, so the motor have very high efficiency ,very high power/torque output .

Both the stator and the rotator of this motor have been processed with the waterproof coating that let the motor perform well in splash proof in the moist and wet, freshwater environmental conditions. It also can prevent from from Oxidation and corrosion.

Furthermore, the manufacturing cost is favorable with the durable service life . Such characteristics make it become the best candidate of power in the devices like water parks and underwater robots.

3. High quality Imported Japan Brand ball bearing with high energy efficiency and very low noise and vibration.

4. The rotor have good dynamic balance,the vibration of the motor is very low .

5. High performance magnet: 45SH Grade, temperature resistance up to 150 Centigrade .

6. The magnets have very high magnet strength and temperature limit can reach to 150°

7. High power density ,High torque, and high efficiency,High RPM .

8. Combine the water cooling and air cooling feature.

9. Coated both on the stator and rotor, the motor can be applied in splash water or wet condition.

10.  Both low load and high load all have good efficiency.
