Product Description
Double system shell and tube heat exchanger evaporator and condenser for chemical industrial chiller
APT Star Products, 5HP+5HP (Total power should be 10HP,27.5KW) chemical industrial chiller Titanium Coil Evaporator. The evaporator is made of pure titanium tube with a pollution-free and chemically stable PVC shell. The outer shell diameter of the product is 250 mm and the length is 1000 mm. The diameter and thickness of titanium tube are 19 mm and 1.00 mm respectively. It is widely used in evaporator of petrochemical, electroplating and laser mechanical cooling environments with corrosive media. The product has excellent heat transfer effect and excellent corrosion resistance in seawater.
APT factories can also design corresponding heat exchangers according to the specific needs of customers.
Titanium heat exchanger evaporator for chemical industry chiller or cooling systems:
Titanium has a strong corrosion resistance, and the corrosion in sea water is basically zero. It is not easy to produce oxide layer on the surface. It does not pollute the medium and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. The shell can be made of PVC, titanium, stainless steel, etc. Titanium tube heat exchanger effectively prolongs the service life of heat exchanger in special occasions, and costs less maintenance. It also has the advantages of small size and strong heat transfer capacity.

Structure Feature
The inner heat converter is made of seamless pure titanium, which has strong corrosion resistance, high heat transfer efficiency, non-magnetic, non-toxic and good heat resistance.
The outer barrel is made of high strength plastic injection moulding, solvent pressing and synthesis. It has good chemical stability and is not affected by environmental factors and medium composition in the pipeline. It has good corrosion resistance, low heat transfer efficiency, good insulation and heat preservation, and good energy saving effect. It is welded by professional process.

Seamless pure titanium tube, and the grade is TA1. There are 52 bar high pressure test and precise halogen leaking test in production, makse sure they are not leak.
Some of our plastic shell is no longer a traditional plastic welding process. The top and base are made of special PVC moulds by one-time injection moulding process, which meets the ROHS environmental protection requirements. Thanks to its perfect structure design, it can with stand high pressure and the maximum pressure is 2.1 Mpa.
The shell of the evaporator is covered with an insulating sponge, which can further improve the heat exchange effect and service life of the evaporator.
