Furthermore, Shi-Silk offers high-end customisation of silk products from our production lines. Q1: Can we get a sample for reference?
A: YES. You can order the sample of a product for your detailed quality control as well as to explore the possible customization options. Charges of the sample will be refunded after placing an order or deducted from the total amount of the order.
Q2: Do you accept small quantity order?
A: YES. We understand that you want to make a trial order or maybe you are new in the business and are not sure how will your market react to the new product. Whatever the case may be, we will support you by accepting smaller quantities and share market trends based on our sales.
Q3: May I get a cheaper price?
A: Price largely depends on the overall quantity and quantity per color you chose.
For example, 100 pieces of two different products in the same color will have lower price per product than 100 pieces of one products in two different colors.
Q4: Can I incorporate my specific design into your product?
A: YES. Majority of our customers want to add their personal touch to the existing design. Sometimes it is just a logo, sometimes is a text that could attract customers and sometimes it is a combination of colors, specific size or even completely customized design.
All we need is your photo or a sketch and we can make it.
Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We prefer T/T or L/C but other payment methods can be negotiated.
Q6: What shipping options are you offering?
A: FOB & C&F & CIF
Q7: What is your quality guarantee?
A: Our 25 years of experience in silk manufacturing business thought us that quality always comes first. If you have a representative in China that can come and inspect products it will be our pleasure to host and together with your representative ensure that the products are of high-end quality and that they satisfy your requirements. If that is not an option for you, there is always a possibility to come, be our guest and we can walk you through our manufacturing processes. The last option is to inspect the shipment upon arrival.
All defected or bellow-standard products, if any, will be refunded and we will cover the costs of shipment for those particular pieces.
Q8: What is your lead time?
A: Lead time can vary depending on the complexity of the product and its quantity. Usual lead time is no longer than two weeks. In case you need some product urgently, we can negotiate the options like sending batch by batch for example
Q9: What is the MOQ for your products?
A: MOQ mostly depends on product specification and customization.
