Product Description
Hot melt adhesive EVA coat laminate with fabric equipment, base material still could be paper, relase paper or film, depends on end product request, product mainly be used in clothing, shoes, luggage, belt etc.. This equipment no oven, less energy consumption.
Hot melt adhesive extrusion unit precision higher than normal film extrusion unit, single screw.
Film application:
1. Hot melt adhesive film is used on clothing, leather, leather cover, flexible fabric, chemical fiber fabric, luggage, shoes, badge TPU, PA hot melt adhesive film.
2. for embroidered, moveable badge self-adhesive film and PO back adhesive, embroidered PE hard adhesive.
3. hot transfer printing film, lettering film.
4. Velcro back adhesive TPU film.
Hot melt adhesive coating machine is totally different from traditional technology, like solvent glue or water glue, solvent glue is bad for environment, many countries contain China don't allow this technology for manufacturer. Hot melt adhesive no solvent, solid content 100%, needn't dry, energy consumption less, equipment size small, price cheap than solvent equipment.
Technical parameters
1. Extrusion slot die coating technology
2. Coating thickness, 0.05mm-0.5mm.
3. Unwinder device use magnetic powder brake.
4. Rewinder device use magnetic powder clutch.
5. Max. speed: 20-50m/min or adjust.
6. Coating precision 8%.
7. Control method: PLC touch screen concentrate control.
8. Adhesive: thermoplastic material.
9. Max. temperature: 250℃.
10. Extrusion coating roller use silica gel roller or steel roller according product adhesive surface request.
11. Unwinder automatic guiding device, constant tension control.
12. Generator roller use import silica gel roller. Some transfer roller will use anti-stick roller(according product request).
13. Install with guiding device.
14. Extrusion device screw size according equipment request, T-DIE head high grade precision special steel, extrusion device install front back electric moving system. Cooling water recycle device at screw feed port.
15. Cooling water recycle control system, die head transfer hot oil temperature control system. Steel roller heating transfer hot oil control system.
