Casting Copper Heater combine top quality tubular heaters and high thermal conductivity non-ferrous alloys. Modern foundry techniques ensure a dense, porosity free casting. After casting the heaters are machined to ensure a close contact on the working surface. Cast In heaters can be supplied with clamping straps or with built in clamping means.
It is a tubular electric heating element for heating body, and bending molding, into the mold with high quality metal alloy material into various shapes, round, flat, rectangular, air-cooled, water-cooled and other shapes . After finishing it and heated body tightly, Metal casting heater is a kind of high efficiency heat uniformity division of the heater, thermal conductivity, excellent metal alloy, ensure the hot surface temperature uniformity, eliminating equipment hot and cold spots.
