 The briquette packing machine is widely used for pressing briquettes with agricultural and industrial wastes, such as sawdust, rice husks, sugar cane trash, coffee husks, coir pith, sugarcane bagasse, jute sticks, silk cotton pods, groundnut shells, mustard stalks, cotton stalks and corn stalks etc. The charcoal briquettes are featured with long burning time, great firepower, smokeless and odorless, suitable for BBQ, family and industrial use.

Machine Advantage:
1.No binder is needed during processing ,and so no pollution when it burns.
2.We have added 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover,we add a wedding-ring in the machine ,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.
3.Wood sticks is easy for carrying and packaging .We have also design trolleys to help load the sticks.
4.The wood charcoal briquette making machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line .This is from our design with patent rights. It can save labour cost.

Working principle of wood briquette machine screw press:
1. Wood briquette machine is used of sawdust, crop straw(corn stalks, large soybean straw, sorghum,    cotton stalk, rape straw, peanut vine, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut-off head, material head, sugar cane slag as raw material.
2. After a wood grinder crushed and heated in the propeller, under high pressure the raw material will       processed into a hollow rod.
3. The product has a high density, small size, flammability, and can replace firewood and coal.
4. General product diameter :50-60mm, diameter :15-20mm
5. Also can make spherical, granular shape, honeycomb shape.
