Cork or foam?
Material is main consideration when it comes to choosing your yoga block. Many yoga teachers and educators sing the praises of cork yoga blocks, but other blocks are made from molded foam or recycled eco-friendly options. Depending on your personal preference, some yoga block materials may feel better to you than others. For example, foam blocks tend to be more malleable and even squishy, while cork yoga blocks are more sturdy and offer more stable surfaces.

What is Your MOQ?
Sanfan offers OEM and ODM service.
For those regular products ( Regular color & Regular Size), we have Semi-product in our warehouse. If you do not mind the cost of the shipping, our MOQ is 1 piece.
For some unique design ( including individual color, size, logo, pattern, and printing), the MOQ depends on different products. Pls contact our service man to discuss for it.

How Can I get a Sample?
We offer samples with the sample and shipping cost paid by the buyers. Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project. You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make the your individual sample.
This sample cost will be refunded when order confirmed.
Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your carrier company account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
Or you can sent us the cost and we'll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.
What is the sample lead time?
For regular regular products it takes 1-3 days even with your logo on.
For your OEM yoga mat, it takes 5-15 days or even more(depends on your request).
What is the production lead time?
The quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time.
Normally, it will take 1-7 days for regular TPE yoga mats while it will take 15-50 days for your special request.
What files do you need if I want to do my own design?
For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.
For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.
A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.
How many colors are available for yoga mat?
Purple, Violet, Pink, Mazarine, Blue, Black, Mint Green, Turquoise are our regular color in stock. We check colors with Pantone Matching System. Pls send us your pantone color code you need. We'll make the samples accordingly or recommend closed colors.
What kind of testing reports are available?
All our yoga mat are made with Eco-friendly material. They are free from PVC, phthalates, silicone, latex, odor and other toxic items. All testing reports regarding to Rohs, CE, EN71-73 etc. Are available. However, the buyers are required to pay the testing charge for a curtain order.
What is your payment terms?
Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.
100% payment by T/T, Alibaba trade insurance or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders and LC for long term cooprated customers.
