Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory, we have rich experience for manufacturing flacon cosmetic packaging bottle,oil bottles,glass dropper bottle,trigger sprayers,spray pumps lotion bottles,etc.


Q: Can we get samples? What's the lead time?
A: Yes, it's ok for free samples within 1-2 working day after confirmation. For customized color samples or logo printing samples,it's about 5-7 days


Q: How to start a custom project with your company?
A: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. if all details are confirmed we will arrange the sample making.


Q: How to get a quotation?
A: Please advise your detailed requirement such as item no, sIze,color,quantity,packaging,special requirement, as long as we have these information,the quotation will be sent for your reference.


Q:What about the normal lead time?
A: Sample order within 1-2 working days, bulk order within 4-9 working days, OEM/ODM order with 9-15 working days after your deposit



Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

A:Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.



Q:What is your shipping way?
A:We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air, or by UPS,DHL FedEx express, etc



Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
