Payment Terms:
1. For sample, shipment upon receipt of full payment;

2. For bulk order (over than 1000pcs), customers should pay 30% deposit first, 70% balance should be paid before delivery.

Question: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?
Answer: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order quantity over 1000pcs. The OEM cost will be including in the unit price.

Question: What is the lead time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
Answer: 2-4 days for sample orders, 5-10 days for mass production orders. (based on different quantities, OEM, etc.)

Question: How will you deliver my goods to me?
Answer: We ship by air and sea generally. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers to get their goods rapidly.

Question: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?
Answer: 5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express, 20-40 days for sea transportation.

Question: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?
Answer: Of course, OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.

Question: What is your warranty?
Answer: Our warranty is 1 year after delivery, Hipo pays high attention to after-sales service. For those out of warranty, we repair you without labor charge collection.
