Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Different packing is available, Usually, it was packed in blank polybag, We can do print on the bag or the bag with head card and carton for you. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, etc. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: It depends on which products you need. some products we are producing almost everyday through the whole year, so it can be delivered in fast speed.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: If it is the regular one we producing, we can offer free samples with freight afforded by customer's part.
If need to open mould, customer need to pay the mould cost. When orders reach a certain quantity, we will refund you the mould cost.
Q7. Do you inspect the product?
A: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.
