The pump is a positive displacement pump. The main and passive gears, the pump body and the left and right pump covers form two
closed spaces for oil inlet and oil outlet. When the gears are rotating, the volume of the oil inlet cavity becomes larger and
larger due to the continuous disengagement of the meshing teeth. The vacuum is formed, the liquid is sucked in, the toothed grain
is brought to the oil cavity, and the volume of the oil cavity is greatly reduced due to the continuous entry of the meshing
teeth, and the oil is compressed and discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of oil transportation.

1. Before starting up, check whether the pump shaft rotates flexibly, whether there is jamming, whether the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes are opened, and whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct.
2. Before starting the pump which has not been used for a long time, a certain amount of lubricating fluid shall be injected into the pump cavity to reduce the dry friction during the oil absorption process of the pump and improve the self-priming performance of the pump.
3. If there is abnormal noise or overheating after startup, stop the machine for inspection immediately.
