1. How can we ensure the product is safe for use?
Through a careful selection process, we use 100% food grade virgin wooden pulp and print with environmentally friendly ink. The paper cup paper we use do not contain any toxic substance, such as fluorescent agent, whitening agent.
2. How to choose the paper weight for your paper cups It depends on your local market and cup capacity, if people there like heavy paper cups, then you should choose the similar paper weight for it. Usually the capacity of the cups is large, the paper weight is heavier. We have large range of paper weight from 135g/m2 to 350g/m2 for you to choose. 3. How much the PE weight is suitable for your cups? As to our experience, for single PE coated cup, we suggest 15GSM is good enough to stick papers very well. If more than 15GSM, this is much good, but this will increase the weight of paper cup fans, that means the final cup quantity is less than estimated. For double coated cups, we suggest 15GSM +15GSM is ok. Usually it depends on what cups you want to make. 4. How can we decrease the color difference in the printing?
Firstly, we have the professional designers to design the correct pattern of the cups according to your sample. Secondly, in order to ensure of the effect of printing, our factory uses computer design, computer typesetting and platemaking to achieve the perfect artistic effect. Thirdly, we will surely make a proof according to the finished pattern before mass production. Once the sample is confirmed, we will put the design into mass production.
5. How can we ensure the on time delivery for large quantity?
We are a professional disposable paper products factory in mass production with 1000m2 standard production workshop and 100+ production workers, monthly output of the paper cup paper comes to 3000tons,which will make sure the on time delivery for your order. 6. How to get a free sample from us? All the samples we supply are free while the shipping fee is at customer's cost, which will be deducted from our business later.
