Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewaters (or other waters) by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids. The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it may then be removed by a skimming device.YMRF series of DAF is the most advanced air flotation equipment in the world at present, it was design by brought in abroad advanced dissolved air flotation. Work Principle

The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank. Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast microbubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending microbubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and CODcr etc.

 

 

 

 

 

Dissolved air flotation is very widely used in treating the industrial wastewater effluents from oil refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, natural gas processing plants, paper mills, general water treatment and similar industrial facilities. YMRF series DAF is specialized used to remove industrial and municipal sewage grease,jelly and suspended solid. Aiming at different sewage,grease removal rate above 95%, most part of suspended solid will be remove, and inject suitable flocculant and mixture, it can make COD,BOD remove rate above 60%, mainly used water treatment of paper mill,chemical,pollution,food,paint,tannery,oil refining, milk processing,beverage,textile ,machinery processing ,municipal etc industrial sewage.

 A:You can provide us your water sources, water quality, flow rate and ground area (connect us for more details).

 2. How to pay?  

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

 3. What is the delivery time?

  A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

 4. How to pack the products?

  A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

 5. How to keep your equipments from corrosion? 

 A: We use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings,PainBow,etc. What's more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.
