Usage and maintenance of band saw blades
Tips 1: The band saw blades should be placed in a cool and dry place (to avoid oxidation by moisture)
Tips 2: It takes more than two hours to run in the machine on the new saw blades. (slow down the speed of sawing, make the force and heat evenly, so as to achieve better sawing effect and extend the service life)
Tips3: If the saw blade in the opposite direction, you can notice that the brand trademark of the saw blade has turned inwards. You only need to turn the opposite side of the saw blade to use the machine
Tips 4: All saw blades are welded, because the blade specifications, are welding technicians or welding machine welding. If you do not see the welding edge of the saw blade is polished, the welding edge of the second saw blade will not affect the use whether it has been treated or not.
Tips 5 : When the blade is not in use, place the blade with the saw teeth facing up.
NOTE:To increase the using ife,please choose teeth sharp according to the cut material.
