Application of raymond mill stone powder grinding machine
4 rollers raymond stone grinding machine is used for grinding the barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramics, and slags, etc, with the hardness below scale 9.3 of Mohs and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the trades of mining, metallurgical industry, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generating and processing. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 80 to 325 meshes at random and the particle size of part materials can reach 2000 meshes at the maximum.

Working principles
When it is put into use, the materials to be grinded are put into the main frame through the feed-in bin on the side cover. Then it revolves round the vertical axis line by the milling roller hung on the star rack. With the centrifugal force by rotation, milling roller wings outside and presses fast on milling rings to make relieving tool carry materials between milling roller and ring, thus the materials are crushed by the rolling and milling of the milling roller.
(1) The materials enter the grinding room of main equipment, the grinding roller swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the main shaft.
(2) The blade carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roller rolls.
(3) After being ground, the powder is selected by classifier via the cycle wind of the blower and the rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding.
(4) The qualified powder is brought into the powder collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work normally. The remained airflow comes out after purification by dust catcher.
