For factory: ISO9001, BSCI
For product: CE, ROHS, FCC, ETL
Q4. May I get a sample before the bulk? Is it free of charge?
OK, but you are expected to pay the fee for the samples and freight.
Q5. Can I print my logo on the product?
Of course. It is free of charge based on the MOQ, but if your qty less than our MOQ, each product needs to be paid extra USD 0.2/pc.
Q6. What about the color?
Customizable based on MOQ.
Q7. How about package?
MOQ or more: color box + carton box + manual + label
Less than MOQ: corrugated box + carton box+ manual + label
If your qty does not meet our MOQ, extra USD200 is needed for one model if you prefer color box.
