Red Yeast Rice, also named Red Fermented Rice is obtained by mixing the monascus anka with the steamed rice and fermenting at controlled temperature, without any chemical additives. It is Chinese Traditional Natural Food Coloring since centuries ago and as it is natural, now is more and more widely used in food industry.

3.1 Usage range:

It is typically used in meat products, brewed soy sauces, bakery and compound seasoning sauces because of its excellent coloring ability. Please refer to the related laws and regulations in the country.

3.2 How to use:

We recommend getting suitable dosage; then melting in water or alcohol fully; added into materials and mix evenly.

If you add powder into materials directly, it will be very possibly hard to coloring evenly.
