Bonding temperature and pressure as well as the time involved in the strength of the film to material. Bonding temperature must be close  to the machine set the temperature, the pressure must be uniform, mold and pressure roller must be flat.             2. The optimum bonding conditions should be made by creating suitable construction conditions for the particular application damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use the product.

a. packing

 - Paper Tube: Use 3 inches diameter tube, G.W have around 2-3kgs.

 - Inner packing: TPU film + soft white foam film + black waterproof film + woven bag or carton.

 - External packing : 25-45 kgs per roll, 15 or 20 rolls per pallet normally.

 - Customized: All package can depend customer's requirements.

b. shipping

 - Contact forwarder and booking. 

 - Arrange driver send the tpu film to the warehouse or airport. 

 - Make export customs declaration documents.

 - TPU film will be shipped by boat/plane/train/express after export declaration procedure.
