Alpha APS CNC Router is manufactured using global state-of-the-art techniques with advanced engineering, workmanship and built to last with all steel construction and superior components such as precision linear bearings and rails. Key features are a 9KW(12HP) high frequency automatic tool changer spindle with 8-position tool rack, pneumatically retractable vacuum hood and multi-zone vacuum t-slot table. The system includes Servo motors and controls with a Taiwan industrial LNC controller.
The main advantage of the machine is the tool rack moving together with the machine gantry, which will save the tool change time.
The machine can cut about 50 pcs of wood board per 8 hour. 

It can process wood, MDF, chipboard, plywood. It is widely used in the cabinet making industry. And it also can process acrylic, plastic, soft metal and many other different materials.

8-position Tool Rack

The Alpha APS CNC Series machine includes an 8-position tool rack. The tool rack move together with the machine gantry, which will save the tool change time. 

When changing the tool, the cylinder will punch the tool rack out and then change the tool. After the tool change is finished, the tool rack go back and then the spindle start to work. 

Thick Steel Base Frame

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

9KW High Frequency Automatic Tool Changer Spindle(Italy HSD spindle is for optional)

The Alpha ATC CNC Router machine comes standard with a 9kw HQD high frequency automatic tool changer spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO 30 tool holders. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

CNC Tool Calibration

The Tool holder support mounting plate is milled by the CNC machining center. To make sure the tool holder is high precision. 

Double Vacuum brush

The machine comes with a vacuum brush at the back of the machine beam. The function of the vacuum brush is to absorbs the small wood chips that have just been cut. Prevents the scum from affecting the vacuum sucking function. It will make the machine vacuum suck the material more firmly.

Hybrid Vacuum and T-slot table

The APS CNC Router has a 1 inch thick phenolic vacuum table surface mounted onto the steel base frame, keeping a rigid and consistent platform for your sheets and parts to be supported.
The vacuum table surface is multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing, (which requires a smaller segmented area). Zones can be turned off easily via control valves on the front of the machine. Gasketing can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.

Vacuum function switch

The APS Series Machine also includes a heavy-duty aluminum T-Slot profile in multiple locations across the table surface. This T-Slot accepts Alpha’s square M6 T-nuts.

7.5kw Vacuum Pumps

7.5kw dry Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Comes standard with motor starter, vacuum gauge, primary and secondary filter, check valve and all necessary plumbing to connect to router.

Pneumatic Material Alignment Stops

The Alpha AIS ATC Series CNC machine comes standard with three material pneumatic alignment stops. These pins allow the operator to bank the edge of the material against them precisely aligning the material to the machine origin.
