The flood tray is the basic part of the ebb and flow bench. It's used for planting vegetables and flowers cultivation. Tray thickness is an important consideration. Our tray is 2.5 mm in thickness, Although thinner trays can save money, they will crack more easily. ABS plastic is a better choice.  

Our plastic food trays are thicker and stronger than others. They can effectively prevent the tray because of the weight of water and plants bent or sagging. The smooth surfaces are easier to clean. 
They come in several sizes.

The general sizes:  4ftX8ft, 5ftx5.6ft, 5.6ftx14.6ft.

Other sizes can be customized based on width:3ft,4ft,5ft,5.6ft,5.9ft

Ebb and flow system:

Ebb and flow bench uses a flood and drain process to hydrate the growing media from beneath before draining the excess moisture away. Flood drain easier to maintain the hydroponic growing system.   

The nutrient solution is pumped from a reservoir underneath the growing tables until the water gets to the desired level. Then the nutrients slowly drain back down into a nutrient reservoir. When plants are flooded from below the water pushes oxygen-poor air out of the top of the bucket.
