B. What is your business range? What if I can't find my target product on your website?

Currently we mainly deal with all kinds of pens: ball pen/stylus pen/multi functional pen/novelty pen/gift pen, etc.

Don't worry if you can not find some exactly product you need on our website. Because we selected our products, some may not shown now, but we are keeping improve our website and more items are coming. We are capable of providing you anything related to pens.



C. How can I get the quotation asap? Which price term and payment term can be accepted?

Just feel free to contact us in 24 hours. Please call us if it is urgent. For efficient quotation, please provide us with QUANTITY, LOGO IMPRINT REQUIREMENT, COLORS OF YOUR LOGO, we will answer in 2 hours of it is working time, in 8 hours if it is night here. Also if you want CIF price, pls tell us necessary information as unload port, ect., if not, we will quote based on FOB Ningbo Price.



D. What if my quantity did not reach your MOQ?

Well, DO NOT QUIT. Ask our sales whether they have something in stock. Pens with regular barrel color are most likely have some parts in stock.

Yes sure. We can offer some free samples to you, but you might need to take care of the freight cost.
