About Shipping

Because the Electric Scooter includes huge capacity battery, the shipping is not like the non-battery product.

Firstly, we always need to send the goods to our freight forwarder warehouse by express, and then they arrange international transportation (air, rail or sea) in a reasonable way

Delivery to EU & UK We have two shipping mode:

A) by train (it would take about 45-50 days to delivery, after we sent it out)

B) by air (it would take about 15-20 working days to delivery, after we sent it out)

If you are not in a hurry to get the goods, we suggest you to choose shipping by train, which will only take about 15 days longer than by air, but we can offer you a discount.

A) by sea (it would take about 40-45 days to delivery, after we sent it out)

B) by air (it would take about 12-15 days to delivery, after we sent it out)

Available in two variants: with a single 500W motor with 10Ah battery and dual (front and rear) 1000W motors with a 15Ah battery. 

The frame, motor and battery provide 6 months warranty, but other spare prats are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not accept damage by human being.
If there is any broken not made by human being, Please send us video picture and S/N number, our professional technicians will judge this and check which part of the problem, then we will provide spare parts to you for free, but you need to pay shipping cost.

If the broken made by human being, we can sell you spare parts to repair it.
