The equipment is arranged on the same axis for a single chamfering head. The chamfering head is equipped with headstock, cutter head and clamp.
The tightening device includes chamfering cutter and flat-head cutter on the cutter head. The chamfering cutter is radial floating, and the steel pipe does not move when working. The clamping device clamps the steel pipe, rotates the cutter head, and the chamfering cutter floats and rotates, so as to process the chamfering of the steel pipe.
The steel pipe clamping device is a set, which is fixed in front of the headbox. It is used for clamping and positioning of the end of steel tube, and can not rotate. Driven by double hydraulic cylinders, the upper clamp seat swings for clamping, the lower clamping and the clamping ring are fixed, and different sizes of clamping rings are used for different pipe diameters.
