A5:We offer a 5 year warranty for the hospital bed and home care bed frame, and other spare parts for one year. You only need to send us pictures or videos of damaged parts, and then send new parts or compensation to you.

Q6.How long is your delivery time?

A6:For standard products, our production time is 30-40 days after receipt of deposit, no matter how much.
