A:Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China.

All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us!

2.  Is there any certification for vacuum sealing machine ?

A:  Our stock sample is for free, and OEM sample fee will be repaid after order is confirmed.

You are requested to pay the shipping cost.

3.   How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A:Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.

4.What is the MOQ?

A: 500pcs for standard packing.
    MOQ 1000 for OEM order .

5.  What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

A:We will offer you price referring to your detail request, please kindly inform us of the material, size, printing, color, quantity and other requirements you prefer. If necessary, we can also give some advice for your reference.

6.  Is it OK to print my logo on vacuum sealer product?    

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.  

7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our products.

8 Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra 

A: For the first cooperation, we will charge the cost for the sample, but we can return the sample cost when you place the order for the mass production. And sorry, we will not pay the cost of freight.
