Description

Induction stirring furnace coil

It can realize 4 states of positive sequence, reverse sequence, inner stirring and upper leveling, and 1200Hz-2200Hz oscillation. The same furnace and dual frequency can work at the same time.
Alloying induction stirring furnace vibrate coil adopt rectangular copper tubes twisted with copper bars, the coil flat twist type only used in top manufacturer industry.



Yokes

The yoke is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. The tolerance of the shearing edge of the silicon steel sheet after processing <±0.1mm. Formed insulation panels and shorting rings are placed on the top and bottom of the furnace.
The composite leak-proof probe is safe and reliable. When metal liquids invades or is about to penetrate the refractory material and the coil, it automatically cuts off the power and alarms. The composite leak proof probe is an important part of the overall leak protection system. At the same time, it also ensures that the molten iron is grounded to ensure the safety of the operator.
The bottom structure satisfies the requirement of removing the furnace lining by using the lining pushing mechanism. Easy to install and easy to operate.




Power Supply Unit


Induction stirring power supply:
Alloying induction furnace under induction stirring melting working conditions, operate power can be adjusted between 20-450KW, working at the scope of 35-70HZ, under heating situation, three phase power supply switch into single phase working, working power can adjust at the scope of 20-800kw, to achieve uniform heating for the metal liquid.

Single phase vibrate power supply designed operate independently, working frequency 1200~2200HZ,
The single-phase oscillating power supply and the stirring power supply work simultaneously and independently, and the operating frequency is changed by the capacitance. High-order harmonics are often generated during conventional intermediate frequency operation. In order to deal with high-order harmonics, the rectification part of the power cabinet adopts a fully open design and an uncontrollable rectification mode. Under the condition short-circuit capacity of the line is not less than 25MVA, the high-order harmonic components of this system meet the requirements of the relevant voltage level in the national standard GB/T14549-93D. The power factor of the incoming power supply of the alloying furnace in the range of 0 to 100% full power is ≥95%.
