2.Feature
1. The oven is assembling structure with manual double swing gate on single side, and the workpiece is conveyorized by hanging type workpiece trolley. Outer plate of the oven is made of anti-corrosion treatment coled rolled sheet , glossy ,clean and beautiful. Inner plate of oven is made of Stainless Steel or galvanizing sheet. The intermedium filling materials is heating insulation rock wool, by which to make sure the heat calories not flowing out from the oven and achieve the aim of saving energy. Exhausting air emission system and fresh air supplement system are designed separately on the oven roof and side, which prevent from the accumulation of inflammable and explosive gas, reducing the inside pollution of the oven caused by harmful gas, thus improve the products quality.
2. Oven is directly heated by diesel source.Hot air circulation system is by "Bottom blowing-in and top side air-returning" mode, uniform adjustable air outlets are set up for direct air-pressure bearing duct ,which makes the uniform temperature of inner oven.
3. Adopting automatic temperature adjustable system, temperature controlling system consists of temperature regulator, temperature-measured probe, heating source controlling device etc. temperature-measured heating resistor is inserted in the oven. Digital readout temperature controller will measure the temperature reading generated from the temperature-measured resistor and control the heating source device, (Start or stop heating), and control the temperature within preset range.
