Coating and painting powder pneumatic diaphragm pumps
QBF3 pneumatic diaphragm pump is designed for powder transferring.The material density can be up to 80-800kg/m3, the pumpingcapacity can reach 6t/h, and pumping height can be 30m. The powder pneumatic diaphragm pump is featured of good sealing, no
leakage, high safety and explosion proof.
It is designed with pump chamber cleaning system, avoiding material blocking and residue.
The feeding tank has vibrator which makes the feeding more smooth and no leakage.
Features:
1. Excellent sealing, no powder leakage, avoiding the operator contacting powders.
2. Bolt connection, high leak proof.
3. Tiny material agitating, avoiding heat build-up, no spark or heat during the running process.
4. Mild internal shearing force, protecting nmaterial from being damaged.
5.Fluidised air can be separated from the pump driving air, avoiding material contacting air to become humid or oxided.
6.Running without dead points, can work even under low inlet air pressure.
