Packing:

1.One carton contains 6/10/20 units device. Different model with different box. If you pay much attention to the packing, plz contact our sales person.

2.We can provide device with or without logo. We have color box or white box. If you have special requirement, please tell us when place order.

Shipping:

1. For small quantity, we normally send by DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT express, it takes only 3-7 days to reach your door. For big quantity, we suggest send by air or by sea. We will provide you most economic shipping method.

2.If you have shipping agent in China, please tell us their address and confirm shipping mark when place order.

Q1. Do you provide OEM service?

     A: Yes, we can print your logo on device. If your quantity big, can customize the packing box. Customize the screen saver picture is also acceptable. 

Q2. What is your delivery time?

     A: For hot selling products, we have goods in stock. For standard function device, we can send out within 1- 3 days (1-200 units). For sample, if receive money before 12:00AM, we can send out goods on same day. If no goods in stock, the delivery time is about 7-10 workdays.

Q3. Payment term?

     A: TT bank transfer, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, Money Gram, etc.

Q4. Technical support?

     A: If some spare parts(FP sensor, display, power adaptor) is damaged, we send you replacement directly. If have firmware problem, we can send you upgrade tool, or give you team viewer to support remotely. If the device is burnt because of client's unsuitbale usage, we do not shoulder the responsibility.
