1. So for technical support where can I ask? 

A: Please just send your questions to me and I will forward your requirement to the right person since all our technicians or factory engineers are speak Chinese only. 

2. We want to import it, but we have not any import/export license, so, please let us know how it will be materialized, so that we can get that instrument without any problem.

A: As we will ship the product through express company like DHL/TNT, you don’t necessarily have any import/export license. The carrier/express will deliver the product to your office or your place and they will finish the custom clearance on behalf of you however you will have to provide supporting information or document, usually the PI, when necessary. You will also pay the fee or tax to the carrier. There are 2 typical fee may occur. One is custom duty upon your cargo value and category. The other is VAT/GST which is Value Added Tax upon on the cargo value and your local VAT rate.
