Q2: Can you provide OEM service?
A2: Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.
Q3.Shipping Method and Shipping Time?
A3: 1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, FedEX, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area. 2. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port. 3. By sea port to port: about 20-35days 4. Agent appointed by clients.
Q4: How to make an order?
A4: 1. Sample approval; 2. Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI; 3. Client approve our Pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary; 4. Mass product; 5. Arrange shipment; 6. Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents; 7. Client effect balance payment; 8. Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods; 9. Quality warranty for 60days after shipment.
