Q. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Alternatively fit and function test could be done here in China via video conf call.

Q. What about the lead time?

A:It takes 15 days in general to manufacture samples for products that we have existing tooling. Mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for order quantity more than 50,000 of each size.

Q. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: Actually no, but the unit price will be high due to handling cost charged by forwarders. It would make it cost effective to manufacture in China than buying from European suppliers.

Q. Can you help if I want to have any change on the original design?

A: Yes, we welcome customized products as long as you can describe your requirement. Images with dimensions, sketches, drawings are very helpful.

Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship them palletized in containers. It usually takes 30 days to the UK and 35 days to arrive in mainland Europe. Air frieight is not recommended due to the height cost.

Q. How to proceed an order?

A: Either let us know your requirements on quantities of each components, or let us know the size of your shelves and their corresponding quantities. We could do the calculations for you.

Q. Is it OK to get a logo on the product?

A: Yes, but it would cost new tooling and takes longer time.
