Question 1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
      Answer: We are a factory.
 
Question 2: Can I order custom products with my own design & logo?
      Answer: Definitely yes, and it would be better with AI or PDF design files.

Question 3: Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a 

                      sample order?

      Answer: Surely you can.
                      We will make sample products to you soon after details confirmed, and 

                      take pictures for your approval once finished. If you want to see the 

                      actual sample product, we can send it to you for better checking, but 

                      freight cost is yours.

Question 4: How is your sample time and mass production time?
      Answer: Normally we just need 7-10 working days for samples.
                     1000-3000 pcs, we just need 20 working days.
                     3000-5000 pcs, we just need 25-30 working days.
                     5000-10000 pcs, we just need 30-40 working days.
                     10000-? Just contact us please.

Question 5: What the payment method do you accept?
      Answer: We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal and so on.

Question 6: Can you arrange the shipping for me?
      Answer: Yes, normally we ship the samples by DHL, Fedex, UPS, and so on. 

                      If order less than 3000 pcs, we will advise you ship by express or by air.

                      If over 3000 pcs,we will advise you send by sea.

Question 7: Can you accept order in small quantity?
      Answer: Yes. Actually there are more small quantity orders appear in market in 

                      recently years, and we make some changes to accept small OEM order, 

                      MOQ could be 3000 pcs/design/color.
