YJM anchorage system is consists of stressing-end anchorage, fixed-end anchorage and coupler.

Applicable for tendon with standard strength lower than 2000 MPA, with the diameter of Φ12.7, Φ12.9, Φ15.2, Φ15.7, Φ17.8, Φ21.6, Φ21.8, Φ28.6.And the high-strength steel wire buddle with standard strength of 1860Mpa and diameter of Φ5, Φ7.

The number of strand can be selected from 1~199 tendons and can be added per design requirements. With good stressing self-anchored function, easy operation, and high anchoring efficiency and reliable anchorage.

The anchorage structure size is reasonable, which can satisfy anchorage efficiency coefficient but also achieve the anchorage of strand of short diatance. Wedge(Grips)

QMV Wedge is the key part of anchor system, which is made by Hot pressure working steel 20CrMnTi. Its form is divided into two-pieces and three-pieces. It can be used for round anchorage, flat anchorage, and also used for porous coupler.

 Anchor head(Anchor plate)

QMV Anchor head is the key part of bearing prestressing tension, the round anchor head and flat anchor head are made by 40Cr steel which is Alloy structure steel. Anchor head include round anchor head and flat anchor head

 Bearing Plate

QMV bearing plate is the key component, which transfer the load from anchor head to concrete under anchor. The method of transfer and distribution of stress affect the anti-cracking and load capacity of concrete. For prevent concrete from crazing, using the spiral reinforcement for strengthening tendons.

 Metal Bellows(Duct)

Metal bellows used for post tensioning prestress concrete structure or constructive pore-forming.
