D- sodium isoascorbate, molecular formula: C6H7NaO6·H2O.Molecular weight: 216.12 melting point 200℃.White or slightly yellowish crystalline particles or powder, odorless, slightly salty, soluble in water (approx. 7mL water to 1g).
