 Laminated PVC Film
      The PVC color laminating film is composited by PET rainbow original film. It will be two or more different refractive index of the resin melt extrusion and ordinal interval superposition of more than 100 level, each layer thickness is only few hundred nanometers plastic composite film.
      The magic effect of rainbow film is that the rich optical effect of the base material of the rainbow membrane is different from different distances and angles.
What Is PVC?
      Polyvinyl chloride,English abbreviation is PVC, is a polymer came from vinyl chloride monomer, In the presence of peroxide or azo compound(initiator), or under the action of light and heat, polymerized by radical polymerization mechanism. Chloroethylene homopolymers and vinyl chloride copolymers are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins.
      The molecular quantity of industrially produced PVC is generally in the range of 50,000 to 110,000. It has a large polydispersity, and the molecular quantity increases with the decrease of polymerization temperature. Without a fixed melting point, it softens at 80 to 85°C and become viscoelastic at 130°C. Be viscous flow state in 160~180°C, has good mechanical properties, tensile strength is about 60MPa, impact strength 5~10kJ/m2; has excellent dielectric properties.
