Q2. How to place order and when the order is expected to be shipped?
A2. Customers can send inquiry through alibaba or leave message on alibaba, we will reply within 12 hours, latest PMU catalogue will be sent. Customers send order list with item number and quantity and detalied addresss, we will make proforma invoice including payment details.
Once payment confirmed, order will be shipped 24hours if all in stock. If some items are out of stock, it will be shipped within one week.
Q3. What is payment method?
A3. If you have Master or Visa card, you can pay directly on alibaba via those credit card. You can also pay via Paypal, Western union or Bank transfer
Q4. What is warranty for permanent makeup machine?
A4. One year warranty. Our PMU machine got very stable quality and few got problems. Any problem, pls check the connecting wire first and send video. If the problem can not be fixed locally, pls send back and we will repiar and ship with new order
