1.Why there is no macro lens or missed one lens?

A: The macro lens is coming with wide angle lens.

2 lens together, it's wide lens function; slip off the upper lens, it's macro lens function.

2. Why macro lens can not be focused?

A: Hold macro lens 1-3cm from object.

Once object is in focus, ready for taking picture.

3. Why wide angle lens is vague?

A: Pls do not slip off wide angle lens from lens kit when using wide angle.

4. Is the lens clip going to damage mobile phone?

A: Pls rest assured that clip have EVA rubber on it, it provides your phone from damaging/ scratching.

5. Why the flash light stopped working when using lens?

A: Lens diameter is bigger than mobile phone camera, so it will block flash light when you put lens on mobile phone camera. So flash light cannot work

6. Can I use phone case with Apexel lens?

A: It’s better to without phone case when using. Ortherwise it will affect photo-shooting.

7. Will Apexel lens work with Instagram, Facebook or other camera APP?
