The SQ40A-01 features a high-tech 1mm thick 40mm 6063 /T6 hardened aluminium square
leg frame. Connectors are made from high quality PA66 nylon added 30% fiberglass and include steel
feet to ensure a strong stable base. The roof is spring tensioned and is available with either
100% PVC or PVC coated polyester fabric. Coloured anodizedaluminium frames are also available with this range.

1.Can Tightent's tents have flame retardant function? Yes, Based on customers’ requirements, can provide flame retardant fabrics which with certification. We can also provide materials with other functions.
2. Are tents available in different colors; can I add a wall? Tightent offers a limitless selection of customized structures and accessories to suit your needs.
3.How long will it take to assemble a Tightent structure? Ease of assembly is one factor that sets Tightent apart from the rest, 2 persons in 30 seconds can set up a instant shelter.
4.What attentive notice we should know? Tightent gazebo is designed as a temporary shelter, and should NOT be left assembled for long periods of time. Tightent gazebo has been manufactured to withstand rigid specifications. It is not made, however, for extreme weather, climates, or environments. Modification, abuse and extreme weather are some conditions that adversely affect the structural integrity. Do not set up the gazebo near an open flame. Never use any fuel burning, oxygen consuming devices, or any device that produces fumes (including, but not limited to cooking stoves, lanterns, candles, or heaters) in or around your product. In halation of fumes may result in carbon monoxide poisoning, injury and/or death. This gazebo is water repellent. During heavy rain some leakage may occur. Keep objects from touching the inside, as objects may cause leakage at the point of contact.
5.Is your factory a trading company or manufacture? We are the professional manufacture with more than 10 years instant shelter production experience.
6.I want to buy your products but I don’t have a brand yet, How to achieve my own design as a final product? A: we have good designer to design labels, just tell us your inquiry, we can provide you the draft for your double checking, till it can meet your original thought.
7.I am doing a small business so I can’t buy too many at the first order, maybe even can’t reach your MOQ. If it is still possible to do business together? A: Definitely ok. 8.I can’t see the quality before I buy your products? How do I know how is it? Can you show me samples before bulk orders? Firstly, we have QC team to control the quality and we will make sure what you get is what you want. Secondly we can provide samples before you place bulk order. We have good discount from DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and etc. can help you to save money on sample transportation. 9.How could I get a sample before the bulk orders? You just pay us the sample cost and shipping cost, you can get a true and nice sample as per your needs. For this small amount of sample charge, you can pay via paypal. And we will refund this cost when you place first bulk order.
10.When we do business together but I get some problems with the goods. What should I do?? Will you be responsible for these problems? Quality is the most important part in our work and we will make sure everything is good before deliver to you. If there are some problems occur, you can send us pictures & information for us to analyze what caused the problems. If there is our production problems, surely take the responsibility.
